There’s something about courses that I love. Usually I come away with a gem of an idea. And sometimes it’s just the chance to take an external perspective to my business. “Working on my business, not in it”.
But occasionally there’s a tool that I just have to share. This is one of those moments. It’s a very simple grid that takes seconds – or hours to complete. However, the results of it can be profound. Here it is:
The aim: to ask yourself what you need to do in each of these areas to reach your chosen goal.
I was particularly interested in how this grid also worked after the event. So as I was visiting a client the next day we used the grid as an analysis.
